How to Use the Enterprise Value Calculator:

  1. Select your preferred currency.
  2. Provide Market Capitalization:
    • Either enter the Market Capitalization directly.
    • Or, enter the Current Share Price and the number of Shares Outstanding. The tool will calculate Market Cap. (Direct input takes precedence).
  3. Enter the company's Total Debt.
  4. Optionally, enter values for Minority Interest and Preferred Stock if applicable.
  5. Enter the company's Cash and Cash Equivalents.
  6. Click "Calculate Enterprise Value".

The formula used is: EV = Market Capitalization + Total Debt - Cash & Cash Equivalents + Minority Interest (if any) + Preferred Stock (if any).
